Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Nigam Limited Prasada (RVPN) a company under the Companies Act 1956 and registered with the Registrar of Companies as "RAJASTHAN PRASAD Rajya Vidyut Nigam Limited" See No. 17-016485, 2000-2001, with its registered office at Vidyut Bhawan, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur-302 005 was established on 19 July 2000 by the Government. Rajasthan, under the provisions of the Law Reform Rajasthan Power Sector, 1999, the successor to RSEB. The RERC RVPN has granted a license for transmission and bulk supply See RERC / transmission and bulk supply of licensed 4 / 2001 dated 30/04/2001 has functioned as the transmission and bulk supply licensee in the State.
