The coal is converted into coke by heating coal loading prepared mixture of coke ovens in the absence of air at a temperature of 1000 o-1050oC for a period of 16/18 hours. The volatile matter released during coal carbonization is contained in the gas collected in the form of raw gas, coke oven passing through columns of support and direct contact with the cooling spray of liquid ammonia.
