Wainaganga Krishna Gramin Bank came into existence on 15 December 2008 through the merger of Wainganga Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Chandrapur, Solapur Gramin Bank, Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg Solapur and Gramin Bank, Ratnagiri.
