National Center for Integrated Pest Management (NCIPM), a national research center of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), India was established in February 1988 to serve the new plant protection needs of different agro-ecological zones country. The center's activities extend across and beyond different disciplines and agencies to establish partnerships with UAA, government agencies, industries, NGOs and farmers. NCIPM plans and carries out research environmentally friendly IPM and development programs, essentially required for sustainable agriculture.
