To search for older and younger rocks and minerals in the State of Madhya Pradesh and to acquire, by purchase or donation, mining and other rights in the lands within the State of Madhya Pradesh, and winning, open and work the quarries these mines as major and minor minerals and precious stones, over and under said land, or any of them or in, on and under all other lands on which mineral rights may be acquired by the company, and enhance, sell and have major and minor minerals and gemstones that are acquired from there, and to try and make marketable, and convert these minerals in the metal, if found convenient to do so, or otherwise to deal the products of mines, quarries and operations of the Company.
