The objects of the University will disseminate and promote awareness, providing education and research facilities in such branches of learning as it deems appropriate, make special provisions for integrated courses in humanities, social sciences, science and technology in its educational programs ; take appropriate measures to promote innovations in teaching-learning and interdisciplinary studies and research, to educate and train manpower for the country's development, establishing links with industry to promote science and technology, and pay particular attention to improving social and economic conditions and welfare of the people, their intellectual, academic and cultural.
