With effect from such date as the State Government may notify in this behalf, shall be established in Saifai in Etawah district, an Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, to be known as the Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Saifai, and all assets, liabilities and employees of the Satellite Centre of Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Science already operating in Saifai, Etawah under Article 3 of the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Science of Law of 1983 (Act No .30 Up to 1983) is considered that the Institute
