NOVOD Board: The National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development (NOVOD) Board, a statutory body, constituted on 8th March, 1984 under the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board Act, 1983 (No. 29 of 1983), for the Integrated Development of Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Industry in the country. The Board is under the administrative control of Department of Agriculture and Cooperation of Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. The Board has its headquarters at Gurgaon, Haryana.
